As you launch the G Suite Backup Tool for Mac, you will find the screen displayed below:

Tap for any assistanceNext, pick what you want to back up. You can choose all Google Workspace services or emails only, then click Continue.
After that, enter the required login details. This includes the root user email, service account email, and the P12 key file. Once done, click Login.
Now, select the user account you want to back up. Choose the Google Workspace services you need and click Next.
Then, decide where you want to save the data. You can select a file format or an email client, and continue.
Choose the output format you want, such as PST. If needed, apply any extra options and click Next.
