here for any assistanceFollow these steps to find and remove duplicates efficiently from your system.
From the window that appears, choose the type of data you want to scan:
Pick the scanning method that fits your requirements:
Add data to scan using any of these methods:
Your chosen folder will now appear in the list. You may include additional folders if required.
Click Scan Options to customize your scan using the following filters:
Click OK to save your preferences.
Select Scan Whole Computer if you want to run a full system-wide scan to detect duplicates across your entire PC.
Activate Extension-Based Scan to search duplicates by extension types (e.g., .pdf, .csv, .docx).
Options include:
Click OK once done.
After adjusting all filters and preferences, hit Start Scan to initiate the scanning process.
The tool will now begin scanning for duplicate files. Wait for the process to complete. You can pause it anytime by clicking Stop.
Once the scan completes, view a summary of the detected duplicates. You can choose:
Click View Detailed Results to view duplicates categorized for better understanding and selection.
Click Select Duplicate to decide which files to keep or delete:
Click Apply to confirm your choice.
Click Select Action to choose what to do with the selected duplicates:
Under the Apply to section, choose whether to apply your selected action to the Current Page or All Pages.
