MATCHDAY EXPERIENCE
Our Matchday Experience package offers your youth football team (U7-U14) the opportunity to visit Portman Road on a matchday.
The package including a training session in the FanZone, exclusive access to the FanZone inflatables, a tour of the stadium, and the unique chance to have a team photo with a first team player.

Fixtures will be graded as per the Club Ticket Office’s system, with the Matchday Experience package priced at £45 per child and £45 per adult for Grade A fixtures, and £40 per child and £40 per adult for Grade B fixtures.
The Matchday Experience package is open to a maximum of 16 children and 16 adults.

HOW TO APPLY
Both experiences will be balloted for the 2025/26 season. The ballot for all 2025/26 home league fixtures will be launched simultaneously, with games allocated to teams, drawn at random, once the ballot closes.
Please note, a team may apply for both Matchday Experience and Fly the Flag. However, a team can only take part in one experience throughout the season to ensure fairness for all those applying.
The ballot will open on Monday, 14 July at 10am and will close on Monday, 28 July at 10am. Successful teams will then be contacted once all fixtures have been drawn. Due to high demand, you will only be contacted if successful in the ballot.
