ACTIVE BLUES

Active Blues is a programme promoting physical and mental wellbeing for smokers, those with high blood pressure, or those looking to live a healthier lifestyle.

Ipswich Town Foundation’s qualified teams deliver this free 12-week course, working in partnership with the NHS Suffolk and North Essex Integrated Care Board. The staff are well placed to address and help participants adopt a heart-healthy lifestyle.

Active Blues is a 12-week programme designed to build healthy habits. The programme provides a mixture of classroom-based and practical sessions, and takes place at Portman Road.

The Foundation is currently running the following sessions:

  • Wednesday mornings – 9.30am-11am – Portman Road

Participants can be referred by their GP or self-refer onto the programme. To self-refer, email Community Engagement Manager Leanne Smith at leanne.smith@itfcfoundation.co.uk.
