Translated School Year Calendars for 2025-26

Issaquah's school calendar is established in cooperation with staff and the Board of Directors. The calendar is set well in advance so that families can synchronize their activities with school schedules. Please note: Weather-related makeup days are added to the end of any school year or as noted on the calendar.

Notes:

• Thursday, Aug. 28, 2025 – School starts (Grades 1-12)
• Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2025 – First day of school for Kindergarten 
• Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025 – First day of school for Early Childhood Education
• Tuesday, June 16, 2026 – Last day of school
  **If school is closed during the school year due to inclement weather, March 13 will be the first make up day. Additional school days will be added to the school calendar in June as needed, starting with Thursday, June 18. No inclement weather school closures in 2025-26 will mean no school for Students and Teachers on March 13. Any additional inclement weather days could result in further changes to the school calendar for 2025-26.
