Interim does not respond to requests for individual assistance through the website. Please call 831.649.4522 for general inquiries regarding our services and housing.
If you have a mental illness and are homeless, or are at-risk of becoming homeless, you may call our MCHOME homeless outreach program at 831.883.3030 for more information. Please be advised, MCHOME does not respond to emergencies.

Monterey County Mobile Crisis Response Team: Provides same-day crisis intervention to youth experiencing an immediate crisis. Designed to help high-risk youth with Medi-Cal or no insurance. (831) 648-4379.
Monterey County Health Department Services/Mental Health Assessments: For information on obtaining an assessment for behavioral/mental health services through the Monterey County Health Department’s Behavioral Health Bureau, please call 888.258.6029. The Monterey County Behavioral Health Bureau also maintains a detailed Information Page on how/where to begin accessing their services.
