About ImpelPro 

ImpelPro® is a marine tool company that designs and manufactures impeller pullers for inboard boat engines and marine generators. Protected by U.S. Patent No. 12,467,478.

ImpelPro was born out of frustration, plain and simple.

Eddie Protzeller, inventor of the ImpelPro impeller puller and a longtime tugboat mechanic, had spent years fighting impeller changes. The tools out there were poorly designed, awkward to use, or flat-out useless when it counted. He knew there had to be a better way, so he set out to build the impeller puller he always wished he had.

One boat made it real. On a Scania-powered vessel, Eddie spent three hours wrestling a single impeller and finally had to cut the vanes off just to get it out. That day is the reason this tool exists. See how easy it is now.

Once he saw how much time and aggravation the tool saved him, Eddie teamed up with a few like-minded folks to put it in the hands of other boaters and marine professionals.
