This workshop teaches marketing professionals, agency leads, and creative operations teams how to move AI personalization from isolated pilots to scalable production through IAB’s Briefing-Building-Benchmarking framework as outlined in the IAB AI Personalization Playbook.

Through a hands-on breakout exercise, attendees will practice building differentiated workflows for each risk tier, understand how to bridge gaps through shared IDs and orchestration roles, and assess their organization’s maturity to create an actionable path toward enterprise-wide AI personalization.

Participants will learn to distinguish between deterministic and probabilistic data signals, design “block architecture” that separates locked compliance elements from dynamic creative components, and implement risk-tiered governance across three levels (low, medium, and high) that matches oversight intensity to content risk.

This virtual 90-minute session will include instructor facilitation, engagement activities, and a downloaded resource guide for attendees.
