When a VNA nurse, social worker, therapist, or caregiver arrives at your door, you can expect expert compassionate care. Your home care team will be there for you and your loved ones to provide caring support and assistance.
The Healthy Starts program “invests early” in children and families to promote promote health, stability, and resiliency.
Home Healthcare, Hospice & Community Services offers transportation programs to assist people to get to medical appointments and other daily activities.
Delivering nutritious prepared meals for home bound adults and seniors and congregate Nutrition for Seniors in Keene, Jaffrey, Marlow, North Walpole & more.

HCS offers an array of health and support services in private homes, as well as assisted living settings and retirement communities throughout southwestern New Hampshire.
Determining what your family member, friend or neighbor needs and how to pay for it can be a difficult undertaking. Our staff can answer your questions and discuss HCS services that would be helpful.
Stop by for Walk-in Wednesdays – every Wednesday at the Keene & Peterborough offices, 1 – 3 PM. Drop by any of our offices for a no-cost and confidential talk with our staff or contact us during regular business hours to see how we can help you and your family.
