Ventilation is the most-failed inspection in F&B. We design to Civil Defence spec from day one, not retrofit after rejection. Kitchen extract, make-up air, and grease management coordinated up front.

Is there a snag period before we open?

Yes. Standard 1 to 2 week soft-launch period for snagging and operational shake-down. Defects warranty 1 year from handover.
