A Dual-Practice Property Group
FirstPoint Group is a Dubai-based property company with two distinct practices working under one identity. The first is real estate advisory — buyer-led, in-house, no commission bias. The second is renovation and commercial fit out — delivery-led, penalty-backed, European specification.
Both practices run independently. They share a brand, a quality bar, and a single point of contact for clients who need both. Most do not. Most engage one practice at a time, for what that practice does best.
How We Work
Two practices. One standard.
We work for the buyer, not the developer. Whether you are building long-term wealth through off-plan, or turning short-term opportunity through fix & flip, the advisory sits in-house from day one.
Real Estate Advisory works for the buyer. Off-plan investments are sourced developer-direct with independent ROI analysis before commitment. Fix & Flip projects are sourced, acquired, renovated, and resold by one team in-house — no second vendors, no broken handovers.

Kabir K. Isakhel built his career across the public and private sectors. He began as a lawyer and entrepreneur, establishing family business investments and interests across multiple industries. In government, he served as Chief Legal Advisor to a Head of State and Director General of the National Procurement Authority, holding the nation's economic portfolio and executing national budgets in the billions. His service drew recognition at the highest levels, from a Presidential Award to acknowledgement by the World Bank.
Today he owns and oversees a portfolio of businesses across real estate investment, pharmaceuticals, government consulting, security printing, IT, and cybersecurity, with operations in more than twenty-four countries. Over the course of his career he has led and trained more than fifteen thousand people, developing leaders at every level.
FirstPoint began as his own. A personal property portfolio, built through off-plan and fix-and-flip, grew into a business he opened to private clients. He invests the way he advises, and advises the way he invests.

With over two decades of business experience across Europe and the Middle East, Nazir Isakhel has built a strong reputation for operational excellence and strategic leadership. He was recognised as Entrepreneur of the Year in Denmark for his success in scaling businesses grounded in quality and innovation. In addition to leading FirstPoint Group, Nazir has worked as a successful real estate agent and team leader in Dubai, building strong knowledge of the local property market. His combined experience in real estate and construction gives him both strategic vision and hands-on expertise. As CEO of FirstPoint Group, Nazir leads a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional quality across all services. He combines deep operational knowledge with a strong focus on client-centric execution.
