This Refund Policy governs all purchases made from Fantasy Engine, including software licenses, subscriptions, APIs, and managed services.
By purchasing from Fantasy Engine, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
Fantasy Engine provides digital products and services that are delivered electronically and/or provisioned immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of these offerings, all sales are final, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable once purchased, accessed, or activated:
- Software licenses (Web Only, Full Source Code)
- Source code access or downloads
- Digital products or files
- Sports Data API access or API keys
- Activated integrations or configurations
- Setup, installation, or customization services
- Managed Infrastructure services once provisioned
3. Managed Infrastructure Subscriptions
For Managed Infrastructure packages:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
- Once a service period begins, no refunds or prorated refunds are provided
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period
Fantasy Engine is not responsible for unused time or resources after cancellation.
4. Sports Data API
Sports Data API access is considered a digital service.
Once an API key has been issued or activated:
- The purchase is non-refundable
- Fantasy Engine does not guarantee data accuracy, completeness, or availability
- Temporary outages or delays do not qualify for refunds
5. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered at Fantasy Engine’s sole discretion in limited cases, including:
- Duplicate or accidental double payments
- Payment processed but service not delivered due to Fantasy Engine’s technical fault
Approved refunds, if any, will be issued using the original payment method.
6. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Incompatibility with third-party services
- Legal or regulatory restrictions in your jurisdiction
- Suspension or termination due to violation of Terms
- Performance expectations not explicitly guaranteed
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Fantasy Engine first may result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- License termination
- Permanent account restriction
We strongly encourage customers to contact us to resolve issues before filing disputes.
8. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (where applicable), you must:
- Contact us in writing within 7 days of purchase
- Provide proof of payment and transaction details
- Explain the reason for the request

9. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Processing time may take 5–14 business days
- Timing depends on your payment provider or bank
Fantasy Engine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
