Service Description

EmbPunch provides professional embroidery digitizing services, allowing users to upload artwork or designs for conversion into digital embroidery files (DST, PES, JEF, EMB and 30+ other formats). Our services include design conversion, editing, vector art conversion, custom patch manufacturing, and customer support.

Registration & Account

• To use our services, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@embpunch.com.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violation.

User Content

• By submitting designs or artwork, you grant EmbPunch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for providing our services.

• Content Policy: No pornographic, nudity, or blasphemous content is acceptable. EmbPunch reserves the right to refuse any content that violates our content policy or these Terms without refund.

• You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload submitted content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Payment & Pricing

Our pricing for embroidery digitizing services is available on our website. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. Prices may change at our discretion and any changes will be posted on our website.

Turnaround Time

We make every effort to complete digitization orders within the stated turnaround time of 2–4 hours for most orders. However, we do not guarantee delivery by a specific time as factors outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the delay as quickly as possible.

Refund & Revision Policy

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. We may issue refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory orders where the issue is caused by an error on our part. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on EmbPunch, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of EmbPunch and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our content and materials for any purpose other than as expressly authorized by these Terms. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content is prohibited.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or our business.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmbPunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
