I can not access my course.

Is your course listed under “My Courses“?

If YES,

  1. Click on the link to your course that can be found under My Courses.
  2. After you have clicked on the course name, then go to the bottom of the page and you will see a heading “Course Content“. Click on the course name under the heading “Course Content“.  You can also select the blue button on the right side of the page that says “Start Course“.

  3. If you do not see “Course Content” at the bottom of the page, then has it been greater than 60 days since you were granted access to the course?  If yes, then your course may have expired. Contact us to extend your access to the course.

If NO,

  1. Have you received the access instruction email from KnowledgeConnex? If no, then you will receive an email within 2 business days from purchase date with instructions on how to access your course. Contact us if you need further assistance.
  2. Has it been greater than 60 days since you were granted access to the course? If yes, then your course may have expired. Contact us to extend your access to the course.
