Step 7: Select the File format option. Expand and choose PST from the list of file formats. Click Next.
Step 8: Choose different options and filters for precise and accurate backup:
- ‘Remove Duplicate Mail on the Basis’ to filter duplicate emails based on To, From, Subject, and Body.
- Skip Previously Migrated option excludes all previously migrated emails from migration.
- The Free Up Server Space to delete emails from the server after migration.
- ‘Migrate Emails without attachments Files’ option to exclude attachments while migration. You can also save attachments in a separate folder.
Step 9: Apart from this:
- Date Filter to migrate emails ranging between a particular date range.
- The Custom Folder name feature allows you to customize the name of a folder where the resultant PST will be saved.
- Split Resultant PST file breaks the larger PST file into smaller size.
Step 10: Next, as you tap Start Process, migration begins. Wait till the process is complete.
Step 11: Finally, you can click on the Download Report button to download the conversion report. Or you can view where your Output file is saved by clicking on the View button.
Follow Steps 1 to 6 as mentioned above. Further, to migrate Yahoo emails to Office 365, proceed with step 7:
Step 7: Choose the Email Client option and select Office 365 as the destination email client to migrate Yahoo emails to Office 365. Click Next.
Step 8: You can either log in through You can either log in through Modern Authentication or Modern Authentication(by using UserID and Secret).
Step 9: If you choose to log in through Modern Authentication, click Next. Then, click on the Login button.
Step 10: The tool will direct you to the browser page. Choose or log in to the Office 365 account you want to migrate Yahoo emails to. After successful login, you will receive Authentication Successful message on the screen. Return to the tool.
Step 11: If you select the Assign Impersonation Right option, you can see the list of all user IDs associated with that account. Also, you can select the desired user ID where you want to save Yahoo emails. Tap on Next.
Step 12: If you want to log in to your Office 365 account through Modern Authentication(by using User client ID and Secret). Select the same and click Next. On the next page, provide the Application (client) ID, Secret Value, Directory (tenant ID), and Microsoft Azure Admin ID. For more information click on How to Login link.
Step 13: Next, choose the destination Office 365 user ID and mailbox(Mailbox, Archive Mailbox, or Public Folder) where your Yahoo emails will be saved. Click on Next.
Step 14: You will see various options and filters on the screen for precise and accurate migration. Choose among:
- ‘Remove Duplicate Mail on the Basis’ to eliminate migration of duplicate emails based on To, From, Subject, and Body.
- Skip Previously Migrated filter prevents all previously previously migrated emails from migration.
- The Free Up Server Space option automatically deletes emails from the server after migration.
- Migrate Emails without attachments Files will exclude attachments while migration.
Step 15: Other filters include:
- Choose the Date Filter to migrate emails from a particular date range.
- You can define a folder name to the destination folder using the Custom Folder name feature.
Step 16: Once you click on Start Process to proceed with the migration, processing begins. After the migration is complete you can choose to download the conversion report, return to home, or View the migrated emails.
