Step-by-Step Guide: How to Use the Webmail Backup Tool?
Step 1: Download and install the DRS Softech Webmail Email Backup Tool.
Step 2: Choose: Single Mode or Batch Mode for easy backup:
- Single Mode: Backup of a Single Email Account
- Batch Mode: Backup of Multiple Email Accounts
Step 3: From the left panel, pick the Email Client from which you want to backup.
Step 4: Now, enter your Email Address and Password to Sign In.
Step 5: You can preview and select the emails to convert. Click Next.
Step 6: Select: Backup in File Format or Email Client and choose the saving option from the list.
Step 7: Apply advanced filters, such as:
- Remove Duplicates on the basis: To, From, Subject, Body, and CC.
- Migrate or Backup with/Without Attachments.
- Free up server space or Skip previously migrated emails.
- Exclude deleted emails or exclude empty folders.
Step 8: Also, choose several features, including:
- Date Filter is used for selective email migration based on the Start/End Date.
- Custom Folder name: to define the folder name according to your needs.
- Advanced Email Filtering based on To, From, Subject, and CC.
- Split the resultant PST file based on GB and MB.
Step 9: Click Start Process to successfully backup of your emails.
Step 10: Finally, click OK and Download Report for future reference.
