Learn how to Convert OneNote Notebook Files to DOC, PDF, and Other Formats

Go for the easiest and simplest approach for converting OneNote Documents to various other file formats. Follow the Instructions Below to Convert OneNote Files Effortlessly

Step 1: Download and install the DRS OneNote File Converter Tool. Run it as administrator.

Step 2: On the front panel of the tool, tap Continue to proceed.

Step 3: Now, click on the Select File or Select Folder button to add OneNote Notebook Files to the tool.

Step 4: After that, choose the desired OneNote files from your system. Press the Open button.

Step 5: Once you have added files in the tool, you can see the list of all selected files. If any undesired file is selected, click on the file and then on Remove. Otherwise, to clear the list of selected files, click on Remove All. Click Next and proceed.

Step 6: Here, you will get a list of various Saving Options. From the list, choose the desired file format, you wish to convert OneNote Files into.

Step 7: From the drop-down list of file formats, choose PDF as the saving option.

Step 8: Then, check the Migrate or Backup Without Attachments checkbox to exclude attached files from migration.

Step 9: Further, to migrate only selective data, choose Date Filter. All you need to do is tick the option and specify dates.

Step 10: To save the output PDF file in the desired folder, you can customize the destination folder name. Opt for the Custom Folder Name option.

Step 11: Click on Path to Save to choose a specific saving location for PDF File. By default, it is saved on the Desktop.

Step 12: Lastly, click on the Convert button to begin OneNote File Conversion.

Step 13: You will get a pop-up message “File Created Successfully”. Click Ok.

Follow steps 1 to 6 as mentioned above and rest do as directed below:

Step 14: Select JPEG as the saving option from the drop-down list of file formats.

Step 15: Exclude attached files from migration by checking the Migrate or Backup Without Attachments checkbox.

Step 16: For migrating only specific data, opt for the Date Filter Simply tick the checkbox and specify the dates from which you want to migrate data.

Step 17: Customize the destination folder name to save the output PDF file. Choose the Custom Folder Name option and enter a folder name of your choice.

Step 18: Select the desired saving location for the JPEG File by clicking on Path to Save. By default, the output file is saved on the Desktop.

Step 19: Finally, to initiate the OneNote File Conversion, simply click on the Convert button.

Step 20: Once the process is complete, a pop-up message will appear stating “File Created Successfully”. Click Ok.

Step 21: You can also download the Conversion report in CSV format, by clicking on Download Report. Or, click on Convert Again to begin the conversion of OneNote Files again.
