Step 8: Choose the PST file format from the list.
Step 9: Next, tick the Save in the Same Folder option to save the resultant file in the folder containing the source file. By enabling this option, you can not define a custom path to the output file.
Step 10: The Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachment Files option helps you export the file without email attachments. Mark this option to convert only necessary items.
Step 11: If your OFT file is large and will result in an oversized PST file, you can use the Split Resultant PST option. It helps you to divide the output PST file into multiple smaller files.
Step 12: The Mail Filter is a date range filtering feature that allows you to migrate emails of a specific date range. Tick this option and enter the required Start Date and End Date to define the date range.
Step 13: Next option is the Custom Folder Name. Enable this feature and give any specific name to the folder of the resultant file.
Step 14: After that, click on the Path to Save button and assign the Destination Path for the output file. By default, the saving location is Desktop.
Step 15: At last, click on the Convert button to start migrating the OFT file to PST file format.
Step 16: After finishing the migration, the tool displays the conversion report. You can download the report by pressing the Download Report button.
Step 17: If you want to export the Outlook Template OFT file in another file format or email client, click Convert Again.
First perform steps 1 to 7, then follow the below procedure to export your OFT file to your Gmail account.
Step 8: Select the Gmail email option from the list of file formats and email clients.
Step 9: After that, enter your Gmail username and third-party app password. Click on the Sign In button.:
Step 10: After successfully adding your Gmail account, tick the Migrate or Backup emails without the Attachment Files option. It helps you leave all the email attachments while migrating your Outlook OFT files to Gmail.
Step 11: The date-range Mail Filter option allows you to export Outlook Template files of a specific date range to Gmail. Define the date range by adding suitable dates to the Start Date and End Date.
Step 12: Tick the Custom Folder Name option and give any particular name to the resultant file.
Step 13: At last, click on the Convert button to initiate the migration of the OFT file to the Gmail email client. The time taken to complete the migration will depend upon the size of the input template file.
Step 14: After migration, click on the Download Report button to download the conversion report in CSV file format.
Step 15: Also, you can press the Convert Again button to repeat the process.
