Follow the below steps to Backup your Gmail Email to PST File Format.
Step 1: Download and launch the DRS Softech Gmail Backup Tool on your local system.
Step 2:After that, mention the necessary credentials (Email ID and Password) to begin the conversion process. Click the Sign in button.
Note: If you choose Google Workspace (for backing up emails, contacts, calendar, Drive, and Photos), you must log in using your Google Client ID and Client Secret.
Step 3: Here, you can preview the desired files in a preview panel and mark the folders you want to convert.

Step 6: You can use the option to Skip Duplicate Emails based on To, From, Subject, and Body.
Step 7: The Split PST File option allows you to break the newly created PST file based on size (MB or GB).
Step 8: You can also migrate with or without attachments to perform the easy conversion.
Step 9: This wizard allows users to free up space from the desired server.
Step 10: The Date Filter helps to perform the selective conversion process.
Step 11: Click the Next button.
Step 12: You can set the location by clicking the Save to Path button to download the newly created file.
Step 13: At last, click the Download button to begin the conversion process.
