How to Use DRS Softech EML File Viewer: Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Download & Install the Tool: Firstly, run the DRS Softech EML Viewer Software on your system.
Step 2: Choose Options to Proceed: Select “Single File/Multiple Files” or “Select Folder” to add a single/multiple or entire EML folder. Click Next.
Step 3: Load EML Files: Choose “Select Files” or “Select Folder” to add single/multiple EML files. Click Next.
Step 4: Preview Feature: Click on any email to view its complete details, including the sender, receiver, subject, date, and attachments. You can expand folders using the “+” sign to view all subfolders and messages.
Step 5: View Attachments Instantly: The tool allows you to preview all embedded attachments, such as images, documents, and compressed files, directly within the software interface, without using any external viewer.

Step 7: Convert or Save EML Files: This tool offers several saving formats, like PST, MBOX, EML, EMLX, MSG, DOC, PDF, Thunderbird, CSV, XLSX, OFT, and WDSEML.
Step 8: Advanced Features: This software allows you to apply multiple advanced features and filters, such as:
- Remove Duplicate Mail based on To, From, Body, Subject, and CC.
- Migrate or Backup without Attachment Files.
- Split the Resultant PST files based on MB and GB.
- Skip Previous Migration to reduce duplicates.
