Simple Steps to Use DRS Softech AOL Backup Tool
Step 1: Download and install the DRS Softech AOL Backup Tool on your PC. Click Continue.
Step 2: Choose Single Mode or Batch Mode from the available options.
- Single Mode: to backup from single email accounts.
- Batch Mode: Backup from multiple Email Accounts.
Step 3: Then, select the AOL option from the left panel and enter its credentials, including ID & Password, to Log In.
Step 4: Preview (Cross-verify) and choose the AOL emails to backup. Click Next.
Step 5: Select Backup in File Format or Email Client. Pick the option as the Saving format from the list.
Step 6: Apply advanced features, such as:
- Remove Duplicate Mail based on To, From, Subject, Body, and CC.
- Skip Previously Migrated Emails or Free Up Server Storage.
- Exclude Duplicate Mails or Exclude Empty Folder.
- Also, migrate emails with or without attachment files..
Step 7: Moreover, add more customized filters, such as:
- Date Filters for selective email migration based on Start and End Dates.
- Custom Folder Name to define the output folder name.
- Advanced Email Filtering and Split Resultant PST Files.
Step 8: Lastly, click Start Process to initiate the AOL email Backup.
