The Document Library provides access to current production documents of the three major CV-SALTS programs (SCP, SAMP and NCP), as well as our historical archive of documents cataloguing the development of the Salt and Nitrate Management Plan and the adoption of Basin Plan Amendments for the Sacramento River and San Joaquin River Basin and the Tulare Lake Basin in 2021, and the June 2017 Salt & Boron Basin Plan Amendment – Phase 2.
