While we do not have typical box office operations, we are happy to accommodate your requests.
Please contact us at boxoffice@citadelcie.com or call 416-364-8011 Ext. 1 for any ticket inquiries. Our administrative office is available from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Ticket Purchases + Reservations
Tickets can be purchased online, by phone, or in person* at the box office. Patrons are encouraged to book tickets in advance to ensure availability.
*In-person purchases are available upon request and/or one (1) hour before the performance, dependent on ticket availability.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Online and phone purchases require a valid credit card.
Discounts + Promotions
We offer a limited number of discounted tickets for Arts Workers, Students and Seniors. Please note that these discounts are not available for all shows, and prices vary based on each event.
We are pleased to offer special Group Discounts for parties of 10 or more. For more information and to arrange group bookings, please contact boxoffice@citadelcie.com. Group discounts are subject to availability and may vary depending on the event.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds are permitted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
If you would like to exchange your ticket, please email boxoffice@citadelcie.com or call 416-364-8011. Requests will be approved at the discretion of Citadel + Compagnie, as well as any producing partners. No refunds or exchanges will be granted within 48 hours of the event start time.
Accessibility
We are committed to providing accessible services for all patrons. Special seating arrangements and other accommodations can be made for patrons with accessibility needs. Please contact boxoffice@citadelcie.com in advance to discuss your requirements.
The Citadel has an accessible washroom located in the lobby at street level. Both Studio A and Studio B are accessible by a two person elevator located at the lobby level. The Citadel: Ross Centre for Dance is located near accessible transit stops at Parliament Street at Dundas Street East.
Front of House
Arrrival + Entry
Patrons are encouraged to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the scheduled show time.
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, if at all.
Patrons exhibiting symptoms of illness are asked to stay home.
Seating
Seating is general admission unless otherwise specified. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early to secure preferred seating.
Special seating arrangements can be made for patrons with accessibility needs. Please contact the box office in advance.
Mobile/Electronic Devices
We strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all our guests. Please be mindful that using mobile devices during performances can be distracting for the live performers and fellow audience members. We kindly ask that you silence or turn off your devices during the show to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience.
Food + Beverage
We are pleased to offer a selection of light snacks and drinks for purchase before and after the show. You are welcome to enjoy your drinks inside the theatre at The Citadel: Ross Centre for Dance, as well as in our designated areas. Subject to change based on the event.
Lost + Found
Items found in the venue will be kept at the front desk. Patrons can inquire about lost items by contacting boxoffice@citadelcie.com.
Getting Here
Transit
The Citadel: Ross Centre for Dance is located at 304 Parliament Street, just south of the intersection of Parliament Street and Dundas Street East. Transit stops at this intersection are serviced by the 65 PARLIAMENT bus travelling North/South and the 505 DUNDAS streetcar route travelling East/West.
Parking
Street parking is available, with additional underground parking via FreshCo at Dundas & Parliament.
