In this immersive movement workshop, choreographer José Navas will take participants on a unique exploration of the body’s capabilities and the mind’s potential for freedom. This workshop is designed to challenge traditional perceptions of movement by encouraging individuals to engage in exercises that require them to move in pairs with their eyes closed.
