BCCIC
The British Columbia Council for International Cooperation (BCCIC) is a coalition of international development organizations. Through relationship-building with other networks, BCCIC works toward its goal of achieving sustainable global development in a peaceful and healthy environment with social justice, human dignity and participation for all.
Working Together
BCCIC consists of a dynamic network of 60 organizations, community groups, social purpose businesses, academic institutions and individuals working to achieve sustainable development across the globe. BCCIC members work hand in hand with over 455 partners around the world to advance human rights, social justice and climate action. It’s through our collective efforts as a coalition that we are able to create and sustain impact.
What Guides Our Work
Our approach is one of collective impact, recognizing that members, communities and partners in Canada and in countries around the world have experience and knowledge on where they stand and where they wish to go. Connecting knowledge among our membership and with the broader environment, allies and networks is a large part of the work we carry out.
