Armia Systems designed MyColLife as a comprehensive student-focused ecosystem addressing the challenges students face when planning higher education and career paths.
We developed a Social Networking and Social Relationship Management platform tailored specifically for students entering higher education as well as those already pursuing degrees. The solution integrates academic planning tools with collaborative learning features, enabling students to make data-driven educational decisions. The platform includes advanced personality assessment tools based on Carl Jung theory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Holland Code methodologies to help students understand their strengths, interests, and potential career directions.
A structured college and degree selection system was implemented alongside student networking capabilities, group learning environments, academic resources, and instructional technology tools. Integration with companies and recruiters further strengthens career readiness by connecting students with real-world opportunities. Built using Angular 2 and the Icarus framework with an MSSQL database hosted on AWS, the system ensures scalability, performance, and secure access for a growing student community.
