Who Answers?

Calls to the website’s main helpline are answered by Wert Inc., a call center that specializes in helping individuals and families across the United States find resources for substance use disorder.

Addicted.org and Wert Inc. do not own any rehab or addiction services. This means our helpline can provide completely independent and unbiased advice to help you find the rehab service most suitable for you or your loved one.

Please note that if you are calling from California, your call will be answered by Alli Intervention, an intervention service based in California. However, when calling the helpline, you are under no obligation to use any of their services.

Our helpline comes at no cost to the caller and offers complete confidentiality.

You can also browse our comprehensive list of addiction treatments by state by visiting our homepage. Don’t hesitate to reach out by calling our helpline or filling out our contact form if you need help finding the right rehab center or detox program. However, if you believe you have a medical emergency, you should immediately call 911.

My name is Jody Boulay and I am the Community Outreach Coordinator for DRS.

I worked as a Counselor for over 10 years helping people one on one and finding solutions with them towards leading better lives for themselves and their family. I have always loved helping others feel better in their lives.

Now that I have children, I really want to make a big impact in the world by raising awareness in regards to drugs and their negative effects on the mind and body. Often people will start taking drugs or abuse alcohol after having had a severe trauma. They turn to it as a solution because they see none other. Joining forces with DRS and reaching out to communities to educate in order to prevent the abuse of drugs has become a huge part of my life and goal. We are helping individuals that have fallen into the trap of addiction get out of it with the proper treatment and we are spreading the truth about the current drug trends and scene all over America. If we want a sane and safe future generation, we’ve got to give them real information so that they can make an informed decision in situations that will, whether we like it or not, require them to use their better judgment. It could be a matter of life and death. And this is what drives me to reach out to communities everyday and give them the information and tools they need in order to achieve that.
