- Our Team Based in our offices and backed by ERP Consultants and Developers, our experienced Customer Services team has the expertise to assist with a wide range of queries.
- Getting Help If you have a question about your Abel system or want to explore a new requirement, our Help Desk is your first point of contact. They can assist with functional questions, technical issues, and minor configuration changes - and will direct your query to other teams when needed.

Abel’s Documentation Portal
Abel’s Documentation Portal provides searchable, browser-based documentation for Abel users everywhere. From training plans to step-by-step instructions for key functions, the Portal is a comprehensive self-help resource for your Abel system.

- Web Browser or PDF View the Portal in a web browser, or access the same content in PDF format — ideal for learners who prefer to print and annotate.
- Role-based navigation The Portal is organized into role-based sections, and its structure mirrors Abel’s menus - making it easy for users to find the topics they need.
- Access from Within Abel Press F1 from any Abel screen to launch the portal and view context-specific topics side-by-side with your Abel screen.
- Learning Support Training Plans for typical roles guide learners through relevant topics. They support onboarding for new recruits and provide refresher training for existing staff - helping your team maintain their knowledge of Abel.
