On January 9, 2020, the updated guidelines for seismic risk classification of buildings were published (<a href=”https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it/portale/web/guest/aree-tematiche/casa/agevolazioni/sisma-bonus” target=”_blank”>simabonus</a>) along with procedures for certified professionals to attest to the effectiveness of performed interventions (Ministerial Decree No. 24 of 9/1/2020). The Superbonus includes key interventions necessary to obtain the 110% tax deduction: seismic retrofitting and energy efficiency measures. REFERENCE TECHNICAL STANDARDS

PRO_SAFE operates in accordance with NTC 2018 and the ReLUIS Guidelines for the repair and strengthening of structural elements, infill walls, and partitions.
