For Executives: The Bowe Fellowship
Our Bowe fellowships are open to mid- and senior-level executives. This includes people at global businesses who want to join the C-Suite or are part of the C-Suite but want to improve their skills. This 10-month gives them some of the tools they to continue to advance their careers.
For College Students: Albrecht Fellowship for College
College students who want to work for a business that has global reach will get direct access to some of the most powerful global leaders in the Mid-Atlantic if they become an Albrecht Fellow. This two-week program is held each August and helps college students take to their first steps towards a global career without leaving Maryland.
For High School Students: Albrecht Fellowship for Highschool
Our youngest Albrecht fellows are high school students considering a career that spans the globe, such as being a diplomat or working for a multi-national company. They meet once a month for eight months and form lasting connections with peers and mentors.
