Advertising Terms
1. Ad Rotation: Your advertisement will be displayed in rotation with a maximum of six other advertisers in the same position.
2. Display Advertising: This is display advertising. We do not guarantee or promise specific click-through rates, traffic numbers, or conversion metrics. Your ad is shown to our audience as part of their natural browsing experience.
3. Content Review: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any advertisement that we deem to be illegal, misleading, objectionable, sexually explicit, or political in nature. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled bookings where the creative is refused or removed.
4. Creative Requirements: Advertisers must have full rights and permissions to use all imagery, logos, and content within their advertisement. Wrexham.com accepts no liability for disputes relating to advertiser-supplied creative, and you agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from such issues.
5. Booking & Payment: All bookings are prepaid via PayPal. Your ad run begins on the selected start date following editorial review of the submitted creative. Refunds are not available once an ad run has commenced.
6. Cancellation: Due to the digital nature of this product, instant provision into the ad system, and the possibility of an ad going live straight away, you agree that supply begins immediately upon acceptance of your order and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel and/or 'cooling off' period..
7. Alterations: Adverts are displayed using creatives you supply, so please ensure they are correct before submission as changes may not always be immediately possible.
8. Liability: Wrexham.com shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the display, non-display, or late display of any advertisement. Our total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.
9. Advertising Standards: All advertisements must comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and all applicable UK laws, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
10. Data & Privacy: Any personal data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
11. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
