What is Covered by the Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to new software purchases only.
The following are not covered by the Refund Policy:
- License renewals (automatic or manual)
- License upgrades
- Priority Support service subscriptions or renewals
- Custom development or consulting services
Non-Refundable Cases

- Product Condition: If the product functions as described but is missing features you expected
- Third-Party Conflicts: Issues caused by conflicts with external plugins, themes, or hosting environments

When Will I Receive the Refund?
Refund timelines depend on the payment method:

- Stripe: Typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method. It is not possible to change the PayPal account, card, or bank details for the refund recipient.
Non-Refundable Fees
When a charge is processed, we incur costs from payment processors and card networks (e.g., VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe). These fees are non-refundable. By purchasing from WPCreatix, you agree to this policy.

WPCreatix does not provide services, support, or licensing for companies in the following industries:

- Scam / Phishing websites
- Piracy (movies, music, software, etc.)
- High-interest loans / Payday lending
- Fake degrees, documents, or cheating services
- Any organization involved in hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
