Airport Transfers to Naivasha
Naivasha is located approximately 90 minutes from Nairobi by road. Please be advised that in the coming weeks, all registered delegates will receive an email containing a link to an online form. Through this form, delegates will be able to submit their flight details and indicate their requirements for airport transfers, enabling us to make the necessary arrangements in advance.
Overnight accommodation bookings in Nairobi on Sunday 25th October, for those arriving on late flights before the start of the Congress on Monday, 26th October are available now on this page on our website.
Private taxis, ride-hailing apps (e.g. Uber, Bolt), and local car hire options are also available.
Local Transportation

Official shuttle buses will operate between key hotels and the WPC 2026 venue at Sawela Lodges and Convention Centre

Health & Safety Requirements
- No COVID-19 vaccination or PCR tests are currently required for entry, but delegates should check for updates close to travel time
- Yellow fever vaccination is recommended if arriving from or transiting through endemic countries
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all visitors

- The local currency is the Kenyan Shilling (KES)
- Credit and debit cards are widely accepted in hotels and major businesses
- Mobile money (M-Pesa) is also widely used; SIM cards are available at the airport or in town
