Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. When paid plans launch, you'll be able to switch freely. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. No lock-in contracts. Your monitoring continues uninterrupted during the switch.
What happens when I hit my event limit?
New events are rejected once you reach your daily limit. Your existing data and dashboard remain fully accessible. Upgrade anytime to increase your limit.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes. All monitoring and account data is stored on our servers in Bucharest, Romania. Payment processing for paid plans is handled by Lemon Squeezy (US) under GDPR safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). We never store full card details. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Does the plugin slow down my WordPress site?
The plugin is lightweight and only hooks into the monitors you enable. Events are sent via HTTP when they occur, with a 10-second timeout and automatic failsafe queuing if the connection fails. Scheduled monitors (uptime, cron, resources, updates) run via wp-cron in the background, not during visitor requests.
What WordPress versions are supported?
WPPulse supports WordPress 5.9 and above with PHP 7.4+. The plugin is tested against every major WordPress release before publishing updates.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Toggle between monthly and annual billing at the top of the pricing section. Annual billing saves you roughly 2 months compared to monthly.
Can I monitor WooCommerce stores?
Yes. WPPulse monitors PHP errors, plugin updates, and all standard WordPress events on WooCommerce stores. Dedicated WooCommerce hooks (failed orders, payment errors) are planned for a future update.
