Protect Against Surprise Visits
While working with SafeDE, OSHA is not allowed to perform a surprise visit – your compliance made easy!

1
On-site Visit
When the Consultant arrives at your worksite, they’ll start by explaining their role and what you need to know as an employer. This initial meeting ensures you’re clear on your responsibilities and rights before the visit begins.

2
Hazard Survey
You and the consultant will team up to review your workplace, spot potential hazards, and discuss existing safety practices. They may also chat with your employees and take photos, all to help create a safer work environment and prevent future issues.

3
Solution Presentation
The consultant will go over the findings with you, highlighting what needs improvement and what you’re doing well. You’ll also discuss solutions and set timelines to address any serious hazards.

4
Abatement
Let’s Protect your Business.
- Help you recognize hazards in your workplace.
- Suggest general approaches or options for solving a safety or health problem.
- Identify the kinds of help available if you need further assistance.
- Provide you with a written report summarizing findings.
- Assist you in developing or maintaining an effective safety and health program.
- Provide training and education for you and your employees.
- Provide specialty services such as air sampling, industrial noise surveys, and other environmental monitoring, when requested.
- Issue citations or propose penalties for violations of OSHA standards
- Report possible violations to OSHA enforcement staff unless they are not abated within the agreed-upon time limit.
- Guarantee that your workplace will “pass” an OSHA inspection.
