Yes, please see above second part of my question. Can you find the above IP address as being blocked in our account? If so we would be sure that Cleantalk was the reason for this issue. Otherwise, we would have to investigate further to see what other plugin could have caused this.
Thanks for this. We’re not sure yet if this helps or not. Please tell us: Why did you suggest this? What made you think that this was the issue and now could solve it?
Also, I sent you an IP address. Can you confirm that Cleantalk in fact actually did block this IP address at some point? And if so, why?
Thanks

HI PEOPLE!
Cartflows is no longer working for us!!
Whenever a previous student wants to enroll in another course, it is giving an error which tells them they need to put in a password, but they already have a password to access their account.
Moreover, there is NO password field IF they already are registered with us. Help! We are losing enrollments.
I already had to disable all the Cartflows and go back to the basic Woocommerce.
Please advise.
LucasDisregard above message. We now see this was resolved in latest version of Cartflows.
We are having this issue as well. In fact, we do not understand how to add an input field to the Cartflows checkout page where people can choose a password.
We have looked at a lot of documentation, and we don’t see this explained anywhere. Please can you tell us.
It is extremely important that people be able to choose a password directly on the checkout page. It will never work for us if we have to email a pre-assigned password to a customer.
Also, once they have input a password and they proceed to the Thank You page, we hope they will now be auto-logged in, so when we direct them to their Learndash course, they will NOT have to log in.
These feature are of paramount importance to us as an online school, without which we don’t think we could use Cartflows.
Please could you advise how to do this?
Thanks!
We are also experiencing this! Cartflows is adding a HUGE amount of space after each paragraph in our Divi Theme. The only way we could solve this is:
1. If the text element has only 1 paragraph, then don’t put the <p></p> tags at all. Then spacing is fine.
2. If the text element has more than 1 paragraph, it didn’t work for us with p tags or <br /> coding. Still it has HUGE space between each paragraph. Therefore, the only clumsy workaround we could do is divide up each paragraph into separate elements, and space them by 10 pts each. Obviously this is not an ideal solution, and we hope Cartflows will be able to fix this.
Also, it was showing tons of images that said Webp images were larger than our original, so it deleted them. So it looks like the plugin wasn’t going to help us anyway.
Yes, but what about now? Can we delete Cleantalk and install fresh? Will this solve the issue?
Singingvegan, it’s good to know we’re not the only ones. And strange, we are also plant-based activists here. Check out our meditation site at ojaya.com!
Meanwhile, let’s see what Cleantalk advises us!
Blessings

In reply to: [Super Page Cache] Global push of CDN Content?Hi Saumya,
Thanks for the response. Here are follow-up questions. Please bring your answer down to layman’s terms, because we cannot understand exactly what you are saying, even though we have read the articles you have cited.
Questions:
1. When editing a page, you say that page gets purged immediately on all global servers. Can your plugin ensure that only the page code gets purged, and NOT the assets such as images? It would be a shame to have to re-cache all images on global servers when only a minor text change has been made.
2. What do you mean by “purging related pages”? As far as we know, our entire site is composed of simple static pages, and though they have links to one another, each page is completely independent of other pages. What are archive pages? Our question is really simple. We just want to know if other pages are going to be automatically purged globally when working on any particular single page. When using WP-Rocket, we notice that each time we edit a page, for some reason we immediately lose our Page Speed score, which drops dramatically. Yet we were not working on the home page! Would this happen with CloudFlare and your plugin? We use Divi theme.
3. When a page is purged, you say that it does indeed require a visit to re-cache that page. To us, this means that the first visitor will have a slow experience. Your answer above says that if we enable Argo Smart Tiered Cache then our HIT count will increase tremendously. We checked the thread you cited but we do not understand your meaning (what is HIT?) and how will enabling this feature will the need for someone to visit the page in order to re-cache.
Thank you,

In reply to: [Anti Spam for Contact Forms, Comments & Online Stores - CleanTalk] NitropackHate to keep bothering you, but you’ll have to bring the tech-savvy talk down quite a bit for us to understand. Didn’t understand the last two posts.
All we did is go to Nitropack and find their IPs, and we uploaded them to CleanTalk. We know nothing about how this relates to that table which is somehow associating those IPs with our sites.
Can you answer us as if we’re 15 years old? Thanks!

In reply to: [Anti Spam for Contact Forms, Comments & Online Stores - CleanTalk] NitropackExcuse me, you are a professional and we are just novices at this. So I didn’t understand your last post.
I said that we uploaded the Nitropack IPs, but in the Cleantalk table to the right it is showing our website URLs — even URLs of sites that we do not use Nitopack on. I’m not sure what this all means.
Also, in response to previous post:
Anti-Crawler is not checked in our advanced settings, and in fact for some reason there is no way to checkmark it.

In reply to: [Anti Spam for Contact Forms, Comments & Online Stores - CleanTalk] NitropackIn addition to previous post:
OK, I just uploaded many IPs of Nitropack as per your instructions. Now we’re not sure if we did this correctly.
It is showing those IPs, but in the table to the right it is showing the URLs of various website that we have. We’re not sure why it’s showing our sites. We were just trying to whitelist Nitropack’s IPs.
Is everything OK?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Anti Spam for Contact Forms, Comments & Online Stores - CleanTalk] NitropackThanks much for this.
Last questions:
If we did not whitelist Nitropack’s IPs, would CleanTalk ever block them?
If Nitropack adds or changes IPs, would CleanTalk block those?
