Hello @epixmedia,
Thank you for your patience!
Could you please let me know if the addresses of the sender and recipient are correct? This message
FedEx Live Rates: Shipper postal code is requiredis a direct response from the FedEx API, which means FedEx couldn’t match the rates with the addresses you entered, and we can’t do much more here on our end.The best you can do is verify both addresses in the FedEx calculator: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/online/rating.html, and check if you see the rates for them. If the calculator shows you the rates, please send us both addresses here (a screenshot would be helpful), or contact our support at http://www.octolize.com/support, and we will try to recreate the problem.
Best regards,
Marta BorówkaHello @epixmedia,
Thank you for your message!
The free version of our plugin, which you are currently using, only offers a global shipping method. This means that after configuring the Settings page, the FedEx shipping methods will be available for all countries that your clients can choose on the Checkout page, and FedEx, as a courier, supports them. You don’t need to add a shipping method to the shipping zones in WooCommerce settings – this feature is only available in the PRO version.
I recommend watching our complex video guideline on how to set up our plugin.
I hope this helps, but if you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

I suspect that providing the addresses here may be problematic, so the best solution would be to contact us directly with all the information that I mentioned in the previous message: https://octolize.com/support
Best regards,
Marta BorówkaThanks for the information. According to that, I need to recreate the issue manually, so please send:
1. Screenshots of the shipping method setting (which is not working).
2. Sender and recipient addresses.
3. Information about the product(s) in your cart: size and weight.
Best regards,
Marta BorówkaHello @ausdamo,
Thank you for your report.
To investigate the issue, I will need the information from Debug Mode (please see how to enable it: https://octolize.com/docs/article/australia-post-how-to-enable-debug-mode/) after entering the address in the Checkout page. Copy-paste from those sections: https://imgsh.net/i/dea063af76
The screenshots of the shipping method (which is not working) would also be helpful.
Best regards,
Marta BorówkaThank you for the confirmation. According to that, I am marking this thread as resolved. If anything bothers you again, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Marta BorówkaHello @srshaw3,
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
I will try to explain once again.
If you are using our plugin, USPS with Web Tools API (one type of authorization), and displaying rates from our USPS plugin to your clients, you must change the Web Tools API to the REST API on the plugin Settings page to continue to offer the proper rates. Please see: https://imgsh.net/i/9ca8bb4acd
USPS (as a company) no longer support Web Tools API again, so you will need to contact them to obtain a REST API account and then add it to our plugin.
Please note: if you are currently using the REST API in our USPS plugin, the problem does not concern you.
Please let me know if this was helpful.
Best regards,
Marta BorówkaHello @srshaw3,
Yes, we inform in our plugin USPS about using the REST API instead of the Web Tools API, which is no longer available.
I understand you are not interested in using our plugin, but if something changes, I suggest reading our docs on how to obtain an account for the USPS Rest API: https://octolize.com/docs/article/usps-how-to-get-acces-to-usps-rest-api/

Hello @joyryde,
The services are ordered alphabetically. If you want to order them by rate, I suggest going to the UPS shipping method(s), enabling Services, and using the drag-and-drop function on the left to set them according to your choice (remember to enable the services on the right side as well). Please see the screenshot: https://imgsh.net/i/252cbe9494
Best regards,
Marta BorówkaThank you @nolda for your review!
Hello @rguilbert,
I noticed that the author replied to you with a solution that will be implemented in his plugin. Therefore, I am marking this thread as resolved.
