Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
Can you share the following with us:
Thanks for sharing your product feed URL with us.
I had a quick look and noticed all of your products have an availability value in them. They do however all miss a category mapping. Please make sure you do this step for your Facebook feed: https://adtribes.io/cascading-mother-child-category-mapping-for-google-shopping/
And make sure you leave this default field mapping in place:

I added the mapping fields but it is still not working.
Could you look at it again?
Thanks in advance
Your feed indeed is not containing a Google category mapping so you must have forgotten something or did something wrong.
Can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us again? (so generate a new one).
Did you find anything that could help me?
Thanks!
Hi,
I just had a look at your feed again and the category mapping now seems to be in there, see this example:
<g:google_product_category>267</g:google_product_category>
So it should be fine now.
When i import the feed into facebook it is still giving me errors. It can’t find the description even though it is available in the XML and it struggles with the google field…
How is this possible? What am i doing wrong?
There are indeed still a couple of products (minority) that are missing a category mapping. 317 of 374 products have a category mapping. So make sure you complete all category mappings and make sure all of your products have a WooCommerce category set.
For your description field only 66 out of your 374 products have a description. The rest has not. So make sure that all of your products on your product edit page have a description filled in in the normal description field.
