• Been using Koko free edition for a while on several sites. Nice not having to involve cookies or Google Analytics in my statistics. Koko is nice and easy to use and has not messed up anything, so go ahead and install it. One thing I not can understand that is correct in the statistics overview, is that for individual pages statistics the number of visitors exactly equals page views. Daily total statistics will typically show a lower number of visitors than page view, showing that some visitors visit more than one page. But, again, for individual pages the number of visitors and page views are always the same. There might be something here that I do wrongly…. Anyway, great plugin.

    Hello @norchris,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a plugin review, much appreciated!

I’d love to debug the issue you’re describing and see if anything’s wrong in the plugin. Could you share a link to your site so I can take a look? I don’t need admin access or anything – just a link so I can take a look at what Koko Analytics is doing on your site.

    Thanks in advance!

Hello and thank you! I sincerely hope that I am not contributing with incorrect information, but this issue applies to both medvirkning.no and oagal.com It is surely an option that I have installed the plugin wrongly at both sites!

    Hello @norchris,

Definitely not – you pointed me to a definite bug in the plugin which went undetected for a while since it’s only occurring if not using the cookie option. It’ll be fixed in the next plugin release!

    Best,

So nice to be able to contribute. Fixing this will qualify the plugin for five stars in my opinion. Seems to be the dame issue with sources to pages, but I did not find that so strange – people usually go from one source (like SERP) to one page. But, I have been thinking the double statistic is there for some reason…. but, cannot think of one.
