I founded Wolf’s Edge.

It’s unique in the fractional world.

We exclusively select people with an uncommon combination of skills and characteristics. They need to have run companies. They need to have a Founder’s spark, and understand how to work with visionaries, but be execution-minded at heart.

They need to love organizing chaos — it has to energize them, not exhaust them.

And they need to want to do it, over and over, every year or so.

You, and these people, are who I wrote my Amazon bestseller, Fractional Leadership: Landing Executive Talent You Thought Was Out of Reach for — the owner who’s tired of their own company’s chaos and the Integrator with the heart of a founder who can’t wait to jump in and streamline it.

It’s because we’re so selective with our Integrators that we can offer 100% of your investment back if we don’t deliver what we promised in the first 30 days. They’re that good.

Take a look at their profiles, below, and reach out to us when you’re ready for work/life balance. Or when you’re ready to focus on your next big thing.

Joanne is a take charge operations executive with a passion for building culture based on a company’s mission, vision and values. She has the gift of cultivating people, opportunity and innovation and creating a clear a road map for successful implementations and measurement. She helps companies capitalize on these strategies to deliver high octane initiatives that elevate companies to the next level by delivering top and bottom-line results.

She started her career in insurance, specifically Property and Casualty, working for the largest publicly traded P & C company in the world. It was there she worked with Fortune 100 and 500 clients to deliver several large-scale projects and strategic initiatives. She was also the go-to person to handle high profile and crisis related issues and savors working in high pressure and high stakes environments.

To facilitate a move back to her native Pacific Northwest, Joanne joined a national retail, food and franchise business. After four years as Chief Operations Officer, she took over as President. This gave Joanne a deep appreciation and understanding the Visionary role and learned that the hat that fits best is the Integrator role as it helps her to showcase her gifts, talents, and creativity. She does believe understanding the Visionary role and their gifts is an asset and helps her make the most of this dynamic duo.

Joanne approaches life and work with a positive, “can do” attitude, and her energy is infectious. She lives with her family in the Seattle area and is grateful for all the beauty and opportunity it has to offer.

Industry experience: risk management, insurance, consulting, coaching, food, franchise, start up, B2B, B2C and ecommerce.
