That’s why we offer Zoom design meetings when you can’t make it to our design center, bring finish selections directly to your home, and send a personal Loom video before your first call so you already know the face and voice on the other end. Our process bends to fit yours, not the other way around.

It starts with preparation. Before you sign anything, our team conducts thorough discovery, including opening soffits and verifying existing conditions, so the scope is accurate from day one. We price projects as fixed-cost contracts, and because our crews are in-house, small adjustments along the way don't snowball into change orders.
You'll hear from us often, and not just when there's a question. Waris responds quickly via text and email, and we schedule proactive check-ins every two to three weeks. You'll also receive daily project logs with photos through our project management system, so you can see exactly what's happening even when you're not home.
That depends on scope. A basement remodel has a different timeline than a full home addition. During your discovery call, we'll walk through a realistic schedule for your specific project, and milestone check-ins throughout construction keep everything visible and on track.
