WinDriver Ghost 3.12

I guess it's safe to say that reinstalling Windows is one of the most nerve-wracking aspects of owning a computer, mostly because you also have to find, download and install the necessary drivers. WinDriver Ghost will help you with this problem by allowing you to back up and restore the drivers you need.

This application will accurately scan your computer and offer you a complete list with all installed drivers. If you ask me, it won't be necessary to back up all the drivers, you can back up just the ones that are vital for the system performance (video, Internet, etc.).
Backing up and restoring drivers aren't WinDriver Ghost's only goals. This program will also let you install and uninstall drivers; though, I wouldn't recommend to perform these procedures to inexperienced users as they might reduce the performance of their PC by uninstalling a necessary driver.

A thing I didn't like about using this application was that the Update feature didn't work; the program displayed an error when I attempted to update one of my drivers.

Although WinDriver Ghost still needs some work to be done with the driver update option, the back up and restore features worked great and completed in a minimum time. So it's up to you to decide whether to give this program a try or not.
