Our fire services contract with Clarion Housing Group covers full design and installation of fire safety systems, protecting general needs homes, retirement living and leasehold stock.

In total, we take care of over 7,000 properties for Reading Borough Council, ensuring all properties are compliant, safe and well-maintained.

We also deliver access control services to 2,700 properties in the Clarion Housing Group, tailloring our solutions to varying property types, including high-rise residential blocks, low-rise housing, sheltered schemes and supported living accommodation

Every year we complete over 2,700 inspections for Moat Homes, as well as carrying out all necessary remedial works to maintain statutory compliance and resident safety.

We are contracted to deliver comprehensive electrical and mechanical services to over 57,000 homes and communal properties owned and managed by Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH). Properties range from general needs to supported housing and are located across South England, East Anglia and the East Midlands.

Our electrical services contract with The Guinness Partnership involves electrical compliance and installation services across 20,000 properties. This includes a mix of domestic homes, HMOs, care settings and communal areas.

Our contract with MHS Homes focuses on ensuring electrical safety and compliance across domestic dwellings and communal areas. We deliver over 2,500 electrical inspections and associated remedial works every year.

We provide domestic and communal electrical services across Places for People’s national housing portfolio. In the first few months of our contract we addressed the significant volume of overdue inspections we inherited.

We completed over 2,400 fire and electical tests annually for One Housing, helping to protect homes, schools, medical facilities and a Grade II mixed-use hostel and conference centre.
