No. The free version already includes the basic functionality for the withdrawal button and withdrawal form. The PRO version extends the workflow with product rules, optional withdrawal reasons, advanced email features, PDF confirmations, exports, statistics and additional privacy features.
You can find your license in the customer area at my.widerrufsmanager.de. There you can view your order and license information.
Please first check whether the plugin is active, the correct page or shortcode has been added and WooCommerce is active. The diagnostics area in the plugin can also help identify typical setup issues.
