Space Exploration for STEM Education
LEAP2 Space STEM Education Framework
Led by XArc Exploration Architecture Corporation, the Lunar Ecosystem and Architectural Prototype (LEAP2) is a commercial lunar settlement program that addresses technology solutions and missions for achieving multi-generational goals to develop a lunar site known as the Marius Hills Skylight where lava tube caves exist for potential human settlement, exploration, economic development, and mining.
WEX LEAP2 STEM educational outreach programs use LEAP2 as a framework for offering STEM experience to gifted and talented students. Using real-world project challenges, LEAP2 STEM connects students directly with industry and aerospace professionals and offers them project-based learning with a meaningful product at the end.

LCATS engages middle and high school students to assist aerospace professionals in solving real-world space exploration technology challenges.

In partnership with the Air & Space Forces Association (AFA), WEX offers the tuition-free StellarXplorers Space-STEM Summer Camps to inspire 6-12 grade students towards careers in Aerospace, Aviation, and other STEM careers critical to our nation’s future.
NWAY
The New Worlds Await You (NWAY) mission is to inspire and engage middle school youth through space exploration STEM programming.
By helping to fund our programs for motivated Middle and High School students with an interest in exploring space, you advance 21st century careers for underrepresented minorities, female, and economically disadvantaged students.
