    • Semi annual website review/updates by a United States based WordPress Technician – If a technician finds an issue with your site that is not guaranteed by CourseVector, you will receive a list of issues and recommended actions. If you’d like CourseVector to help you rectify an offending plugin, theme, or outstanding website issue, we are happy to do so at the going rate.
    • WordPress restore – Sometimes, the easiest and quickest solution to a WordPress issue is to roll it back to a previous version. Should your website need to be rolled back to a previous version that you know was working, please open a support ticket with us.     • CourseVector’s “No-Hack Guarantee” – More information about our “No-Hack Guarantee” can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
    • Pro version plugin & theme licenses at no additional cost – Just because these plugins and themes are available to you at no cost does not mean that support is also free. Should an issue arise with a plugin or theme, the client has the option of going to the plugin or theme provider for support. Alternatively, CourseVector technicians may be engaged for support at the going rate.
    • WordPress error identification and reporting – If a support ticket is opened with CourseVector because of an issue with your WordPress website, the error will be evaluated by a technician, identified, and reported to the client. The client has the option of going to the plugin or theme provider for support. Alternatively, CourseVector technicians may be engaged for support at the going rate.
