Tell us about the water safety action plans in your state, county and/or community.

Working on a water safety action plan for your community, or considering building a local coalition to get started on a plan?  Fill out the form below and join the effort to prevent drowning. Sharing the information below will help the U.S. National Water Safety Action Plan Steering Committee mark where state, county, and community plans are being developed, and track progress toward making our nation a place where everyone is safe in, on, and around water — plus it gives you access to updated information and tools for collaboration.

Included in this form is the option to choose whether your organization or coalition’s information is shared on our website. If you give us permission to share your information, we can:

  • Follow up with you to learn more about your action plan to improve water safety — and provide support and guidance.
  • Share your information with possible collaborators to help build connections and partnerships.
  • Create a comprehensive map of all communities with a water safety action plan — and promote the exchange of information and strategies for success.
  • Invite you to join informative webinars and monthly office hours to support your plans’ development.
