Nielle Cook is a passionate advocate for women entrepreneurs, specializing in strategic business development and government contractor certification. As Director of IT Government Contract Sales at Avercom Technical Assistance Center, she has spent over a decade empowering BIPOC small businesses to secure federal and state certifications, creating jobs and revitalizing communities. Recognized by organizations like JP Morgan Chase and Digital Undivided, Nielle is also dedicated to advancing girls in STEM and inspiring the next generation of women in tech.

Tulani Watkins

Director

Tulani Watkins is committed to ‘Unlocking Opportunity’ for underserved communities.Her notable achievements include deploying over $600,000 to BIPOC founders, scaling a roofing business to $5M+ annually within two years, and forming a logistics startup from a hackathon. Her professional journey
