VisualGDB is a powerful extension to Visual Studio that enables developers to create and debug embedded and Linux applications with GCC and GDB. It supports both local debugging on embedded simulators and remote debugging on Linux machines over networks. In addition, VisualGDB allows developers to easily import include directories from Linux machines and benefit from Visual Studio's IntelliSense.
