VIDA (Vehicle Information and Diagnostics for Aftersales) is Volvo Cars’ official service and diagnostic platform. Used by authorized retailers and qualified independent workshops, it delivers factory-grade diagnostics, guided repair procedures, and software management to ensure accurate, safe maintenance of Volvo vehicles.
